HAMMOND (LA) AREA ALUMNAE CHAPTER

Hammond Area Alumnae Chapter is pleased to offer academic scholarships to high school seniors pursuing a college education. The application requires an essay, personal references, and an official transcript. It is the goal of the Scholarship Committee to provide financial assistance to local students in their journey to further their education.  To be considered eligible, students must be a graduating high school senior from Hammond or Ponchatoula with a minimum ‘B’ cumulative numerical grade point average.

 

HAAC of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. will only award scholarship funds upon receipt of official acceptance and enrollment documentation from a four-year accredited college or university. Enrollment must occur during the first semester of the upcoming school year.
